Insights tab

To see how your players are picking a matchup, and how the pool is trending overall, open the Insights tab in your pool editor.

Prerequisites: you need to be the creator/admin of the pool (or a platform admin viewing it read-only), and the pool needs at least one prediction submitted before there's anything to show.

  1. Go to Pools and open the pool you want to check.
  2. In the pool editor, click the Insights tab.
  3. Review the matchup voting breakdown. For each matchup with both teams assigned, you'll see:
  • The two team names (with logos and codes where available).
  • How many players picked each side, shown as both a raw count and a share of the total votes.
  • A draw vote count, for season-format pools where players can call a tie. Draw votes are counted in the total, so the home/away percentages reflect the whole pool, not just the players who picked a side.
  • The actual winner, once the matchup is decided, so you can compare the crowd's picks against the real result.
  1. If your pool uses a bracket format, the Insights tab pulls this per-matchup breakdown from every matchup_winner prediction submitted across the pool, so the counts update as soon as new picks come in.
  2. If your pool uses a different prediction format, the tab shows the matching insight instead:
  • Exact score pools show each player's predicted score per match alongside the actual result and whether it was an exact match.
  • Group-stage pools show each player's predicted ranking for the group and which teams actually advanced.
  • Champion pools show which team each player picked to win it all, next to the actual champion once one is set.

Matchups without both teams assigned yet aren't included in the breakdown. This keeps early-round noise out of the view since there's nothing meaningful to vote on until the matchup is actually set.

Expected result: you get a per-matchup (or per-prediction-type) view of how your players called it, without needing to open individual entries or cross-reference the leaderboard. Each participant's total pick count is also tracked and shown alongside their entry elsewhere in the editor, so you can spot anyone who hasn't finished filling out their picks.
