Join a Pool With a Link

To play in a pool on Trofeo.live, you don't create an account or install anything. You join with the link the organizer shares in your group chat, pick a display name, and start picking.

Joining

Prerequisites: You need the link the pool organizer shared with you. If the organizer set up a passcode, an email allow list, or made the pool sign-in only, have that information ready.

  1. Open the link the organizer shared. It opens directly to the pool.
  2. If the pool requires a sign-in, you'll see options to continue with Google, get a one-time code by email, or sign up with an email and password. This only happens on pools the organizer set up to require an account. Anonymous pools skip this step entirely and go straight to the join form.
  3. Enter a Display name. This is the name that shows up on the leaderboard and next to your picks, so use one your group will recognize.
  4. If the organizer requires it, fill in the extra field the form asks for:
  • Email: invite-only pools check this against a list the organizer set up, so use the address you were invited with.
  • Pool passcode: enter the code the organizer shared with you. It's required before you can pick.
  1. Click Join pool.

Once you're in, you'll see a welcome message with your name and land straight in the bracket, ready to make picks. If the pool has already hit its player limit, you'll see a message telling you it's full instead of the join form, and you'll need to ask the organizer to make room.

You don't need an account to join a pool with an anonymous join policy: your picks are tied to your browser, and a display name is all that's asked for. If the organizer requires sign-in, email, or a passcode, the join screen will ask for exactly what's needed before it lets you in.
