Connect your pool to Microsoft Teams
Connect a pool to Microsoft Teams so results, updates, and reminders post straight into a channel your group already watches, no copying links into a webhook by hand.
Prerequisites: you need edit access to the pool's workspace. If you only have view access, ask a pool admin to run this instead.
Connecting
- Open the pool and go to its Integrations tab.
- Click Connect Teams. This starts a one-click Microsoft sign-in flow, no webhook URL to paste.
- Sign in and approve the permissions Microsoft asks for. You'll be sent back to the pool's Integrations tab automatically.
- Once you're back, Trofeo opens a channel picker listing the teams and channels available to your Microsoft account.
- Choose the team, then the channel you want notifications posted to, and save your selection.
If Teams isn't configured for your workspace at all, clicking Connect Teams will bounce you back with a "not configured" message instead of the Microsoft sign-in screen. In that case, the integration hasn't been enabled on your account yet.
If your session with Microsoft has expired when you try to open the channel picker later, you'll see a message telling you to reconnect. Just run the Connect Teams step again.

Testing and disconnecting
Once a channel is selected, send a test message to confirm everything is wired up correctly. Trofeo posts a short message like "Test from [pool name], notifications are wired up" to the channel you picked, so you can confirm it landed in the right place before relying on it.
If the test fails, double check that a team and channel are actually selected, since Trofeo can't send anything until that step is complete.
To stop sending updates to Teams, disconnect the integration from the same Integrations tab at any time. Disconnecting clears the saved connection entirely, so if you want notifications again later you'll need to run through the connect and channel-picker steps again.
